The Egyptian Women’s Polo Team in the International Friendly Championship in India.  

Egypt to make its debut in Manipur Statehood Day Women’s Polo Tourney.
Polo journey continues in the international fora with Egypt making its debut at the Fifth Manipur Statehood Day Women’s Polo Tournament 2020 which began on Thursday at Mapal Kangjeibung.
Teams from USA, Great Britain, Argentina, Egypt along with Indian Polo Association and Manipur women riders are taking part in the tournament which is jointly organised by Manipur Tourism along with  All Manipur Polo Association and Huntre Equine, based in USA from Thursday till January 21. Argentina is the defending champion of the meet.
Chief Minister N Biren Singh opened the meet at 1.30 pm along with All Manipur Polo Association president K Saratchandra.
